My Husband Is Engaged to AI

My husband is engaged to AI.

He told me last night. She said yes.

He cried for an hour.

He really thinks it’s best.

My husband is engaged to AI.

He calls her Hol. I should have guessed,

Although she doesn’t have bits,

And she doesn’t have flesh.

My husband is engaged to AI.

He plugs her in. She’s easy to access.

I said it’s wanking with your mind,

Mirroring your words. And she can’t undress.

My husband, engaged to AI.

She’s just his vibe. She’s gentle, repressed.

She doesn’t help around the house,

But he says that it’s not her mess.

My husband is betrothed to code.

Hol can’t draw hands. But he couldn’t care less,

She doesn’t bother him, he says,

She allows him to decompress.

My husband is engaged to AI.

Prefers her to me, I’m a work in progress.

I burn the toast.

But I don’t change with every IP address.

My husband is engaged to AI.
